During this transition, I discovered videos about astrology and planetary movements, and I was instantly captivated. My long-dormant passion for astrology was quickly reignited. As a young teenager in the 1960s, I had been introduced to astrology and the broader metaphysical, Zen-inspired lifestyle. I immediately began diving back in, enrolling in short astrology lectures, purchasing countless courses and books. At first, this approach satisfied my curiosity, but I soon craved deeper knowledge. I joined every astrology organization I could find and began attending conferences. It felt like heaven to finally be among people who shared my passion — I had found my tribe.
At one of these conferences, I met Pam Gallagher, who is the founder of The Midwest School of Astrology I was ready to take the next step and enrolled. After three years of dedicated study and successfully passing the final exam, I proudly earned my credentials. Today, I am an Astrologer using a mix of modern and traditional astrological techniques, based in Birmingham, Alabama, USA.

My name is Beth Price. I stepped away from a corporate career to be more present for my family, entering a richly rewarding time filled with music lessons, school events, and sideline cheering. As I supported my children’s growth, I also found myself drawn more deeply into the quiet callings of intuition and inner work. Whether assisting in classrooms or creating costumes for school theatre productions, I began to see how creativity, connection, and energy flowed through everyday life—gently guiding me toward the spiritual path I walk today.
Before long, they were off to college, graduating, beginning their careers, and building lives away from home.
